As more than 700 arbitration professionals gather this week in Miami for the International Chamber of Commerce’s 21st annual conference, Law.com International sat down with Alexander G. Fessas, secretary general of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and Ana Serra e Moura, the ICC’s deputy secretary general, to discuss the benefits of settling a dispute through the ICC Court.
Together, Fessas and Serra e Moura are responsible for the operational management and coordination of the ICC Court’s Secretariat and other dispute resolution services in Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Sao Paulo and Singapore.
