Baker McKenzie, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Allen & Overy have worked alongside a host of top human rights and civil law firms to successfully defeat the U.K. government in the Supreme Court over its controversial Rwanda deportation policy.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that the Court of Appeal had correctly decided that the government’s policy to send asylum seekers to Rwanda was unlawful.
