Tesla, the electric car company founded and led by Elon Musk, has filed a lawsuit against both Sweden’s transport agency and state-owned postal company PostNord over a labour dispute that has been ongoing since late October.
Tesla is being represented by one of Sweden’s leading business law firms, Setterwalls Advokatbyrå. A registrar for the Norrköping District Court, where the lawsuit was filed, said the complaint was filed by Stockholm-based partners Johannes Ericson and Erik Gadman, senior associate Lorentz Reige, as well as associate Patrik Magnesved.
