SAN FRANCISCO — A San Francisco judge removed the lead attorney defending accused triple murderer Edwin Ramos from the case on Wednesday because he previously represented the man authorities say led them to arrest Ramos.
The removal represents another delay for the high-profile case, which began amid public outcry more than six months ago and has stalled over the conflict issue.
