SAN FRANCISCO — A sprawling fraud prosecution against a family-owned towing enterprise has put the spotlight on a longtime Santa Clara County superior court commissioner.
Between 2003 and 2007, Commissioner Gregory Saldivar heard hundreds of towing-related claims that now make up the bulk of a 169-count felony case brought by the Santa Clara County district attorney’s office.
