Deborah Ballati has been elected president-elect of the American College of Construction Lawyers. She has been a fellow since 1997 and will serve as the first female ACCL president in 2011. A partner in Farella Braun & Martel ‘s construction and insurance coverage practice groups, Ballati received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1975.
