SAN FRANCISCO Fenwick & West has hired a lawyer to launch an investment fund formation practice.
Jeffrey Bloom, a past Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner and most recently a senior adviser at investment fund Capital Dynamics, joined Fenwick’s Mountain View office as a partner. Monday was his first day.
