Marshall Wallace has joined Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis as a partner. Wallace, who comes to the firm from Reed Smith, focuses on complex business and consumer disputes. He received his J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law In 1986.
Wayne Sobon and Dawn Smith will receive The National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Bar Association’s 2010 Out and Proud In-House Counsel Award. Sobon, associate general counsel and director of intellectual property for Accenture , and Smith, senior vice president and general counsel for VMWare Inc. , were recognized for their contributions to equality in the legal profession.
