SAN FRANCISCO — When Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger puts together his list of possible replacements for retiring Chief Justice Ronald George, he can leave off the names of three California Supreme Court justices.
Marvin Baxter, Joyce Kennard and Kathryn Mickle Werdegar said today that they’re happy with their current jobs.
