SAN FRANCISCO — Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin is losing two more partners to Sidley Austin.
Mark Whatley, the chairman of Howard Rice’s investment management practice group, and securities lawyer David Tang will be joining Sidley Austin’s San Francisco office as partners Oct. 4, Sidley said today.
