SAN FRANCISCO — After buying and licensing patents for a decade, Intellectual Ventures filed its first patent infringement suits today, naming nine tech companies, including several in Silicon Valley.
The three suits, filed in Delaware federal court, seek unspecified damages and request a jury trial.
