Howrey’s San Francisco construction practice group is splintering, with seven partners heading to Jones Day, San Francisco partner Robert Mittelstaedt confirmed this evening.
Stephen O’Neal, the former chairman of now-defunct Thelen, along with David Buoncristiani, Kent Lindsay, Clark Thiel, John Foust Jr., Daven Lowhurst and Aaron Gruber will be joining Jones Day in San Francisco as partners later this month, Mittelstaedt said.
