SAN FRANCISCO — Howrey announced late this afternoon that it will dissolve the partnership effective March 15 in “an orderly wind down.”
An unspecified number of partners, associates and staff, mostly from the firm’s Houston office, will be joining Winston & Strawn, the firm said in a press statement.
