With LinkedIn Corp.’s IPO lighting up the stock charts earlier this month, speculation has turned to which other social networking companies may soon go public. In legal circles, the question is who will handle these much anticipated initial public offerings.
Recent news reports have suggested that Zynga Game Network Inc. could file papers to go public by the end of next week, and attorneys in Silicon Valley say the online gaming company has tapped Cooley to represent it.
