SAN FRANCISCO — Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Pamela Rymer died on Wednesday after a two-year battle with cancer.
The Ninth Circuit did not disclose further details of her illness, saying only she passed at her home with friends at her bedside. She was 70.
