San Francisco midsize firm Carroll, Burdick & McDonough said it is merging with a small German boutique as it continues to build out its international reach by combining with tiny far-flung law firms.
Carroll, Burdick, which is known for its product liability litigation, announced Monday that it merged with Schweiger & Partners, a Munich-based seven-attorney intellectual property boutique with an office in Singapore.
