After four years on the Zynga roller coaster, General Counsel Reggie Davis is stepping down. He will be replaced by Deputy GC Devang Shah.
In an email to The Recorder, Davis said he plans to take a year off to spend time with his wife and four sons. Friday is his last day at the company.
