When we last wrote about Dimitrios Biller, the former Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. lawyer was embroiled in a struggle with his old company.
The main battlefield was a courtroom in Marshall, Texas, where a plaintiffs’ lawyer was attempting to reopen the case of a client who had settled a claim against Toyota years ago, and a judge was about to decide what to do with four boxes of documents Biller had delivered to his doorstep.
