Four voters filed suit in the federal court for the District of New Jersey, complaining that they “have been deprived of their right to know” whether President Obama is a “natural born citizen” and to have a president who is truly a “natural born citizen.” The defendants are Barack Hussein Obama II, the United States of America, the United States Congress, the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives, Richard B. Cheney and Nancy Pelosi.
The voters allege and seek to remedy congressional and executive failure to investigate their suspicions that they say violate a fistful of constitutional rights, under the First, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Twentieth Amendments of the Constitution and seek declaratory and injunctive relief, as well as writs of mandamus and quo warranto.
