Public Service Enterprise Group is living up to its name. The energy company’s Law Department puts energy — and elbow grease — into a thriving pro bono and community services program, in which both attorneys and support staff participate.

On a given day, you might find legal assistants holding a bake sale or selling sandwiches to raise money for one of their favorite charities. They give support to the March of Dimes in its work promoting the health of pregnant women and babies; to the Boy Scouts of America; and to PSE&G’s Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, among other deserving groups. Or you might find the administrative staff and lawyers working together to help the March of Dimes –– and enjoying a chance to spend collegial time with each other outside the normal work setting.
