The state Senate passed a nonbinding resolution on Thursday calling for the resignation of Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto, who has declared his intention to abstain from certain Supreme Court decisions on constitutional grounds.
The resolution passed by the minimum 21 votes, all from Democrats.
