Federal court in Newark is now host to national litigation over claims that L’Oreal USA is stretching the truth about its antiwrinkle creams.

The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Dec. 12 ordered that putative class-action suits challenging the companies marketing claims be consolidated with U.S. District Judge William Martini as In re L’Oreal Wrinkle Cream Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, MDL 2415.
