Letters to the Editor

The California State Bar Committee of Bar Examiners rejected a proposed study of past bar exam scores. The study aimed to prove a "mismatch effect" they believe is occuring - where minority law graduates perform worse on the bar when they attend more elite law schools. The organizers of the study respond to their critics in this letter to the editor.
