Six plaintiffs’ attorneys steering the massive litigation over transvaginal mesh devices have resigned within the past three months, some citing a lack of involvement in the six multidistrict proceedings.

Harry Bell, co-liaison counsel on the 61-member plaintiffs’ steering committee, filed a motion on Tuesday to replace the lawyers, who include leading New York mass tort attorneys Jerry Parker and Hunter Shkolnik.
