    Prosecutors may drop obstruction charge against lawyer accused of laundering drug money

    The Department of Justice is considering dropping the charge of obstruction of justice against Miami attorney Ben Kuehne and has appointed a new lead prosecutor on the case. Kuehne still faces four counts of money laundering and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
