The wrong photograph accompanied an article on the front page of the print edition of today's New York Law Journal, "Case Against Surrogate-elect Survives Dismissal of 8 Charges." The photograph should have been that of Seth Rubenstein, an attorney and mentor to Surrogate-elect Nora S. Anderson, both of whom had several counts against them related to masking the source of campaign funds dismissed. The picture used was that of Mr. Rubenstein's lawyer, Frederick P. Hafetz of Hafetz & Necheles.
