Cravath, Swaine & Moore kicked off the associate bonus season Monday by announcing bonuses that largely matched the rates it set last year.

Bonuses will range from $7,500 for associates in the firm’s 2009 class to $35,000 for senior associates, according to a memorandum obtained by the New York Law Journal. The rate matched last year’s levels for junior and midlevel associates while giving the most senior ones $5,000 more.
