In one of the year’s biggest leases, the law firm of Winston & Strawn has signed a 15-year renewal and expansion at the MetLife Building at 200 Park Ave., where it has been a tenant since 1995.
The firm originally had approximately 220,000 square feet at the 58-story skyscraper—most of the 40th floor, the entire 41st floor through 43rd floor, a portion of the 44th floor and the mezzanine. Five months ago, it exercised an option to expand and added 20,000 square feet on the 45th floor, giving it a total of approximately 242,000.
