A former Gibson Dunn & Crutcher associate arrested in a wide-ranging sweep of people accused of trading videos and photographs of violent sexual assaults on children was found dead on June 16 in a hotel room in Mexico.

Moshe Gerstein, 35, died two days after Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. announced that he was one of 26 people charged in connection with the investigation. The cause of his death has not been disclosed.
