The Barnes Foundation Seeks Fast Resolution To Anti-Move Appeal

Seeking to expedite appellate litigation triggered by the appeal of a man previously denied amicus standing in the matter, the Barnes Foundation has filed a King's Bench petition with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, asking the justices to assume jurisdiction over the Superior Court appeal of Jay Raymond, a former Barnes student and teacher.
