State Supreme Court Justice Max Baer has clarified comments he made to the press regarding Lackawanna County Judge Terrence J. Nealon’s ex parte e-mail, saying he did not intend to imply that Nealon either should not or would not be disciplined.
The justice also acknowledged that, in light of his comments, he would have to consider recusing himself if a disciplinary action involving Nealon were to come before the Supreme Court.
