I am an attorney and I bill at an hourly rate of $250 an hour. As part of my bill, can I also include the time for my secretaries for typing, copying documents, etc.?

What can be billed to a client will obviously depend on what is set forth in the fee agreement. In Pennsylvania, in Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(b), a lawyer has to have a written fee agreement or letter with the client. The client doesn’t have to sign it, but the client has to receive a copy. The fee letter should outline the fee and what is being charged. In doing so, the lawyer should set forth the scope of the representation as required under Rule of Professional Conduct 1.2.
