Philadelphia law firm leaders have been logging a lot of frequent-flyer miles as they woo groups of partners from places outside of their headquarters.
While lateral movement in the city has been anything but robust in recent months, large Philadelphia firms are helping themselves to handfuls of laterals in places like New York and Washington, often in an effort to bulk up less mature offices.
