A federal judge has allowed a New Jersey lawyer’s claim for attorney fees against Media, Pa.-based firm Sacchetta & Baldino and its principals to proceed.
According to court documents, Laurel Springs, N.J.-based plaintiff George R. Szymanski claimed that after his client fired him and hired defendant Sacchetta & Baldino, the firm promised him a quantum meruit fee for his work on the case but never paid.
