Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett’s proposed budget would keep general-fund money allotted to the judiciary the same as last year, but funding for civil legal services for the poor would be cut by $274,000.
In the second budget proposal of his administration, Corbett introduced a budget without tax increases for individuals and businesses for the 2012-13 fiscal year that would fund the judiciary at $298.9 million in general-fund dollars.
