Several mortgage lenders are seeking reargument in the state Superior Court after the court ruled in a trio of cases that their foreclosure notices were deficient.
The three-judge panel of Senior Judge Robert E. Colville, Judge John L. Musmanno and Judge Christine Donohue said in all three cases that the mortgage lenders failed to comply with the notice requirements of Act 91, or the state Homeowner’s Emergency Mortgage Act.
