The Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia is awarding scholarships to five local law students at its annual awards and scholarship dinner at 6 p.m. May 18 at the Westin Hotel, 99 S. 17th St., Philadelphia.
The 2012 scholarship recipients are: Jared Bass, Temple University’s Beasley School of Law; Ashley-Marie Blakely, Villanova University School of Law; Briana Cavallaro, Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law; Courtney Mannings , Rutgers School of LawCamden; and Jonelle Saunders, University of Pennsylvania Law School .
