An attorney for Wyeth told the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday that a $10 million verdict against the company in a hormone-replacement therapy case stemmed from a trial that was “permeated with irrelevant and inflammatory evidence.”
“No defendant could have won this trial,” Dechert’s Robert Heim told the three-judge panel.
