The state Supreme Court has denied an appeal by defunct Wolf Block in which the firm has attempted to remove to arbitration an action brought by a former partner who wants his severance pay.
The case, Budin v. Wolf Block , has been stayed while the firm sought to enforce an arbitration clause in a partnership agreement that former partner Michael Budin has argued he never signed.
