Five months after a three-judge panel heard arguments over whether or not the Easton Area School District could ban breast-cancer awareness bracelets stamped with the phrase "I [heart] boobies," the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit announced Thursday it would rehear the case en banc.
Judges Thomas Hardiman and Joseph Greenaway Jr. and Senior Judge Morton Greenberg sat on the panel that heard arguments in April.
