Antitrust claims brought by a company that maintains a system for locating cellphones that have dialed 911 survived a motion to dismiss from several cellphone companies that favor a competing system.

Kelly of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania held that TruePosition, which brought the action, satisfied the requirements to bring a Section 1 Sherman Act violation suit after it filed an amended complaint. The antitrust suit targets the standard-setting organization and several participating cellphone companies.
