Jones III of the Middle District of Pennsylvania has awarded more than $1 million in attorney fees to members of the funeral industry who won in their suit against Pennsylvania’s State Board of Funeral Directors in a tortured, years-long case that resulted in the state’s Funeral Director Law being found unconstitutional.
