Pennsylvania Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille, the liaison justice to the First Judicial District, suspended indicted Traffic Court Judge Robert Mulgrew on an emergency basis Friday.

The order is directed to the administrative judge of the Traffic Court, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Gary S. Glazer, so Mulgrew is suspended from all official duties and assignments until further notice.
