The couple who filed a challenge to Pennsylvania’s ban on same-sex marriage in September has answered the Corbett administration’s objections to their suit.
In the filing made this week in the Commonwealth Court, Nicola and Tamara Cucinotta responded to the half-dozen preliminary objections lodged by the lawyers for the state earlier this month.
