A federal judge in Camden on Monday dismissed a putative class action accusing Fidelity of charging excessive fees to 401(k) plan participants in divorces.
District Judge Joseph Irenas held in Danza v. Fidelity Management Trust Co., 11-cv-2893, that Fidelity was not a fiduciary on this matter and therefore could not be held liable.
