    New Grand Jury Re-Indicts DeLay, Adds Money-Laundering Charge

    Within hours after being sworn in on Oct. 3, a Travis County grand jury re-indicted U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay, R-Sugar Land, and two political associates on a charge that they conspired to violate the Texas Election Code and added money-laundering charges.
