Some prosecutors in Texas are concerned about an emailed survey from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals asking questions about the disclosure of exculpatory evidence.
“This is the first time they’ve ever gotten a pop quiz from judges,” says Rob Kepple, executive director of the Texas District & County Attorneys Association (TDCAA).
