UK Top 50 Law Firm Acquired By Insurance Specialist

Top 50 U.K. insurance law firm Keoghs has been acquired by professional services and technology firm Davies Group.

Keoghs and Davies will form a legal solutions arm which will see Davies’ global team grow to over 3,700 colleagues and serve more than 500 insurance, highly regulated and global clients, according to a statement by Davies.
