The annual Legalweek New York judge’s keynote is back, taking place the morning of Feb. 3, 2022. But this time, there’s a twist.

Normally a panel presentation, this year’s keynote will adopt a debate format, pitting some of the nation’s leading jurists against one another in debating current discovery positions and applicable attorney ethics topics. The judges will be given thought-provoking hypotheticals, and each judicial advocate will be asked to take a position, which may not necessarily align with actual rulings.
