Priori Legal, an online marketplace for in-house counsel to find and manage outside counsel, is looking to scale up on the back of tremendous growth. Today, the company announced a $15 million Series A-1 financing round, with plans to invest in hiring and operations across the board.

The funding round is led by Eagle Proprietary Investments, whose investments also include contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform ContractPodAi. New investors to Priori in the round include Thomson Reuters Ventures, The LegalTechFund, Thirty Five Ventures, Peak6 Strategic Capital and Soma Ventures, while participating existing investors include Bridge Investments, Great Oaks Venture Capital, HearstLab, Mindset Ventures and Jambhala.
